Check-in process felt chaotic!!! Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! The pool’s chlorine levels made it uncomfortable!!! The lack of dining options during the weekdays was disappointing!!!

Family vacation highlight
The room we stayed in was surprisingly beautiful even without an ocean view. We really enjoyed the cozy side balcony where the view was better than expected, glowing with partial ocean sights. Also, having a full kitchen was a major bonus since the restaurant was closed during our stay.
It wasn’t cheap but honestly, I'd say still acceptable.

The beach location was fantastic, right outside my suite. Relaxing by the pool surrounded by palm trees offered a great atmosphere. I loved the spacious junior suite. it had a full kitchen that made meals easy. The trolley service stopped right outside, making it convenient to explore the area. However, check-in was a hassle. Gaining access to the beach facilities took too long, and the restaurant was closed during the week. I expected better cleanliness in my room, which wasn't up to par. The lack of daily housekeeping made things a bit inconvenient, too.

I enjoyed the beautiful beach access and the spacious two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. The friendly staff provided helpful recommendations regarding nearby attractions and dining options. The full kitchen was a wonderful addition, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.
